Take your Sunday roast to the next level by using the sauce as a glaze. During the last 15-20 minutes of cooking, brush a generous layer of the sauce over a roasted pork loin or chicken. The sugars in the apple will caramelise, creating a beautiful, sticky, and slightly spicy crust that seals in the juices and adds a burst of flavour to every bite. Alternatively, you could have it on the side!
